Chrome 105 Update Patches High Severity Vulnerabilities


On Wednesday, Google announced the availability of a Chrome 105 update that fixes 11 security issues, including seven extremely serious problems.

An out-of-bounds write in Chrome’s Storage component tops the list of security concerns that have been reported from the outside. The PDF component also has three use-after-free issues, and Frames has a fourth use-after-free issue. For these issues, the internet behemoth has assigned CVE IDs CVE-2022-3195 through CVE-2022-3201.
