Researchers have discovered a novel Linux remote access trojan (RAT) that uses a neverbeforeseen stealth approach that includes scheduling malicious actions for execution on February 31st, a nonexistent calendar day.

CronRAT is a cunning trojan that “allows serverside Magecart data theft while avoiding browserbased security solutions.”
