Dashlane password manager open-sourced its Android and iOS apps


The Android and iOS apps’ source code is now accessible on GitHub under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 licence, according to a statement from Dashlane. The well-known subscription-based password manager and digital wallet has made the decision to make the code of its mobile applications available in order to promote transparency in how they function and to encourage a future where development is more open and collaborative.
