Banks in Europe targeted by new Android malware

A new Android trojan on Monday that steals users’ passwords and SMS messages in order to promote fraudulent activities against banks across Europe.

The malware, nicknamed ““Teabot”” by Cleafy security researchers, has been used to steal users’ passwords and SMS messages in order to promote fraudulent activities against banks in Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
