Chinese Cyberspies Use Supply Chain Attack to Deliver Windows, macOS Malware


According to Trend Micro, the China-affiliated cyberespionage organisation Iron Tiger has been seen distributing malware to Windows and macOS PCs using the servers of a chat programme that have been hijacked.

Iron Tiger, also known as APT27, Bronze Union, Emissary Panda, Lucky Mouse, and TG-3390 (Threat Group 3390), has been operating since at least 2010, focusing on hundreds of organisations all around the world for cyberespionage. Read More…
