The round was led by Highland Europe and also saw participation from existing investors F2 Venture Capital, PICO Venture Partners, Venrock and USVP, bringing the company’s total funding to over $100m. Highland Europe principal Jacob Bernstein will join the board. The company’s platform is designed to stop lateral movement in cyberattacks by providing automated, agentless microsegmentation. Long considered complex to implement, microsegmentation has traditionally been underused despite its effectiveness. Zero Networks claims its technology simplifies the process, making segmentation scalable and cost-effective.
