Empirical Security, a Chicago-based cybersecurity startup, has emerged from stealth with $12M in seed funding to launch its AI-driven vulnerability management platform. The company uses both global and custom-trained local AI models to tailor security solutions to each organization’s unique infrastructure. Led by Kenna Security veterans, Empirical aims to close the gap in defense against AI-powered, targeted cyberattacks.
